If you use at&t do a speed check to see if you are actually getting what you paid for.
Called to order internet service and was told I could get 10mb up and down. After the tech arrived to hook up our service we were only getting 1.4Mb down and 500Kb up at best (currently getting 430Kb down). Called the US tech support used by at&t technicians to explain my issue only to be transferred to Asia where the sales tech asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the service I originally asked for. I then asked to be transferred to a regional manager for my area, they sent me to a non used phone. After listening to it ring for 3 min I hung up and tried again with the US tech support. Was asked again by the US tech this time if I wanted to upgrade to the service I originally asked for.

Terrible! I paid upwards of $120 up front and got an installation date of April 25th. I waited at the house all day until 4pm and then went down to see why the technician hadn't shown up yet only to find out that for some reason my order had been canceled and nobody has the slightest idea where my money's at. I'll be checking my bank account. I better have my money by Friday!
I am now in talks with Cable One about running service to our area. Cable One has been very helpful and honest unlike at&t.
Would give negative stars if I could for lying to customers to make a sale and having an outdated unsecured network from 2001
Tribble store I am a truck driver I was passing through so I paid my bill there cash after I paid my bill I found out they summit my money in some other account and when I called this store to fix this problem store manager was so rude and she don't want to help im so pissed off screw then I will discounting my service soon
