Unprofessional. When father passed away and I asked for a quote on what the total price would be it was given after getting everything done the cost was off by approximately $400.Also pertinent info that the family should know was told to an associate of my father prior to the family knowing. I also requested to get a quote for a tombstone a month later I have yet to receive the quote. I wished my father would have chosen a different funeral home. It was a very stressful process dealing with the death of my father and unprofessional establishment.
