I have lived in Brookhaven for 25 years. I am slightly handicapped in the area of my hands. I called Perkins this morning and asked them if they could drill some holes for me, and James said "We'll do anything we can to help you," which is exactly what they did. There is a larger chain hardware franchise which is new in town. I called them first, and the woman who answered the phone told me they could not drill holes for me. Thank you, Perkins Ace Hardware, for your help, your smiles and for going that extra mile to reach total customer satisfaction.
Very nice well lit store plenty of room for the merchandise
I usually see more associates in the store than customers so there is always an employee available to help. But, the selection of products is smaller than what you would find in a typical big box store, so I often find myself having to look else where for items.
Depending on who helps you makes a difference. Most of the associates are happy and welling to help in anyway they can.
