Called in for 2 days about a refill they had to order because they don't have it in stock. Talked to Ann and she was rude and short with me. Was told to call back st 2:00 then was told would be another hour. Called at 3:00 and was still not done. Was then in the store and was told would be another 15 min. This is a joke.
Thank you Ms. Felicia for helping me out and having a little compassion for someone who had already been waiting an hour already.
It's Walmart. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
Annie at the pharmacy is just plain rude! I sat and waited for meds to be filled and watched how she interacted with other ppl besides me. She was rude to everyone who didn't have the same color skin as her. You should treat all customers the same.
