Very nice park, stayed here many times. They do not have a laundry. 25 dollars a day, a weekly rate of 20 dollars. Highly recommend it.
Only 25 a night. Had nice level concrete pad. Appeared to be mostly long term residents. No one answered phone so we hooked up and put check in lock box. Black kids roam the lot at night. Ok for overnight stay.

A hidden gem. Not the best spot for long term, but has wifi.
