If I could give 0 stars it would be too many....Even upon entry, I took one drive around to see what rooms may be available corresponding with room number and location. I prefer a room on the corner. Yet when I was looking around the facility they "the manager and his wife I believe" hoped in their vehicle and approached me, and with distain only resirved for robbers and thives they asked "Who you looking for?!" Mind you Im driving a fairly new Infinity, not a 79' pinto... nothing against pintos. The manner and attitude that I was approached with was more than off putting. These people are rude, inconsiderable and uncaring as to how the customer experience may be impacted... and when asked it didn't even seem to register as a problem or they just didnt care. After my first night I thought I might give them another chance to redem themselves. Well this was a total frustration and colossus oversight on my part.... when explaining that my girlfriend had the debt card...they rudly stoped me befroe I could even finish my comment... it quickly went down hill from there. 1st impressions are always best. They clearly don't want repeat business if they want any business at all. They assume everone is a thief..... I guess it's a guilty Conscience.. I feel robbed of relaxation! What a group of "Thugs" these miserable people are truly tiny minded simpletons with an unruly, unjustified attitude, lacking manners and deodorant . In short Joseph Stalin would be more tolerant and understanding than this group of intensive, rude and smelly bunch of riff raf.. Dont waste your time and money.. save your frustration...
Worked nights . told them was working nights and I'd be sleeping during the day so what do they do .... Put me three doors down from renovations in a room. Over priced for what you get and customer service is a joke .

Stayed here a few times and had no problems. This time I got a chance to stay in one the new re-modeled rooms and it was perfect. Cheap and affordable rooms, plus friendly staff and customer service.
First off the people that answers the phone is just flat out rude!! I was asking may I speak with a manager and the man kept saying who is this what do you want, so after repeatedly asking was he the manager he gave the phone to a lady. The lady got on the phone hollering, I said mam r you a manager? She rudely says yes who are you, I had no problem telling her my name but when I asks for her name she started back yelling asking me why I want to know. I just hung up the phone because it didn't make any sense!! The customer service is RIDICULOUS!! I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY
